How to lose weight

Today , there are numbers of methods to lose weight . Sports , exercise , diet ,drugs .
I have tried some of them and i realized that one thing is working on me . That is, how to get carbohydrate . Only at night , I dont have any rice or bread ,but I can get proteins and vegetables as much as I like . Even though I eat much fish or meat I never get fat . This is because only carbohydrate would turn to fat . The members of the gym I go to would not eat rice at night to controle thier weight , even though they are very good in shapes . Builting a body is much easier than keeping a body in good shape .

The reason why I am so strikt on my body is that the body is the material to express through dancing . If i was not dancing i would not like that .
