sorry for not writing anything for 3 weeks .
I have been busy for taking ballet lessons and working as a tutor .
So I have no energy to do anything else .
I have been on a diet for a month and I just lost 1kg . I have to loose weigh more 3kg in a month LOL. How to do it????
Anyway , i will loose more 1 kg in this week .
There are many ways to loose weight , workout , less eating , walking , So its important to know which way is the best for u .
