Today , i brought the dessert I made last night for my class , vegetable gelatin with some fruits . The student Mrs.R said that she would make it and be on a diet . She used to join the National Athletics Meet and now her dream is to become a Cherleys angel . LOL The other student is also on a diet . She eats rice gruel called Kayu instead of nomal rice . Kayu is lower in calorie than rice . Western people do not have Kayu so I really reccomend them to try it to lose weight . Its also healthy and digest well . Diet and training muscle are both important . Pease start training and stay healthy .
